Pekao Financial Services Sp. z o. o., as the administrator of personal data, in accordance withwith Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulationon data protection), provides information on the processing of personal data:

- concludi and perform contracts related to business activity, maintain current professional relations, professional cooperation, accep and submit offers, contact Pekao Financial Services Sp. z o.o.,
- protect legitimate interests pursued by Pekao Financial Services Sp. z o.o., which are considered in particular: investigation and defense against claims, keeping statistics and analyzes, ensuring the security of the ICT environment, using internal control systems
- Recipients of personal data may be, in particular, entities providing advisory, auditing and IT services, as well as entities for which Pekao Financial Services provides Transfer Agent services
- Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to: perform related contracts with conducted business activity, maintaining current professional relations, professional cooperation, accepting and submitting offers, contacting Pekao Financial Services Sp. z o.o., fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the administrator of personal data, as well as pursuing and defending against claims
- At Pekao Financial Services Sp. z o. o. Mr Marek Osiński was appointed as a data protection officer
- The data subject has the right to access their data and the right to their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, opposition ortransfer
- The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
